At Iconic Wear, we care about your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered.
🛍️ Return Policy
- You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Only defective or wrong products are eligible for return.
- Custom-made or personalized t-shirts are non-returnable.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available for:
- Size issues
- Defective or wrong item received
- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- One-time exchange per order (subject to stock availability).
📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Send your Order ID and clear photos of the product (if applicable).
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only given in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after product is received and verified.
- For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI/bank transfer.
