At Iconic Wear, we care about your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered.


🛍️ Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only defective or wrong products are eligible for return.
  • Custom-made or personalized t-shirts are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for:
    • Size issues
    • Defective or wrong item received
  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • One-time exchange per order (subject to stock availability).

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Send your Order ID and clear photos of the product (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only given in case of:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong product
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after product is received and verified.
  • For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI/bank transfer.
